Can the Bears shut Ochocinco and the Bengals up? (Open Thread)

What do you guys think? Can they do it? Will Jay Cutler, Matt Forte, and Lance Briggs show Chad Ochocinco, Carson Palmer, and Cedric Benson who’s boss? Or will the the Bears embarrass themselves by constantly giving up the ball?

We’re approaching our first game since our blog was created and I’d like to start a new game day tradition. I am leaving this thread open to you fans to discuss this amongst each other. Duke it out Bears fans, Bangals fans, or fans of other teams who have an opinion and don’t forget to check back after the game for a recap and feedback!

Kick off is is 3:15(CT)/4:15(ET) at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati; the game will be televised on FOX.

Ochocinco continues trash talking of Bears ahead of Sunday's game.

Chad Ochocinco, Cincinnati Bangles WR,  continued his humor filled attacks against the Chicago Bears, which started on Twitter and then continued during a telephone conference with Chicago news media, according to the Chicago Tribune.

During the conference, Ochocinco informed the media that his name was now Esteban and he was Mexican.  Ochocinco also told the media that he’d make Lance Briggs, the Bears’ linebacker backpedal from his previous comments so quickly, he’d known as “Lance Armstrong.”

During the conference, Briggs walked into the media room and a reporter asked Ochocinco what he thought of Briggs

LB: What’s up Chad?
CO: Lance, that you?
LB: How you doing?
CO: LB, What’s up baby?
LB: Ah, I’m just getting off my Twitter.
CO: What’s going on?
LB: Nothing, man I’m trying to buy some time in my meeting?
CO: Hey, keep your head on a swivel. I’m head-hunting.
LB: Have a good one, bruh.
CO: I’ll see you Sunday.”

With a sense of humor second to none, it’s hard not to like Chad, err… Esteban Ochocinco. We can only wait to see what’ll happen Sunday between the Bears and the Bengals.
