Betting tips for the 49ers

This past year was an amazing year for the San Francisco 49ers and their fans. After last year’s preseason the betting odds the 49ers had to win the Superbowl were 9 to 1 on some sites. Alex Smith started the year having one of his best seasons as a pro and went down with a concussion; next on the scene came Colin Kaepernick and the rest of the year was history for Alex Smith. Kaepernick led the 49ers all the way to the Superbowl, pleasing fans and those who had invested in bets on the 49ers. Michael Crabtree and Kaepernick were starting to develop into a dynamic pass catch tandem and Frank Gore ran the ball for over 1200 hundred yards with a 4.7 avg. Defenses were confused with the how Kaepernick was running the ball all over the field with the run option that 49ers coaches inserted into the offense. Media was second guessing Coach Harbaughs decision at first to replace Smith with Kaepernick. And by the end of the season no one could deny Coach Harbaugh’s decision. With all this said I have not even mentioned the 49ers incredible defense that doesn’t seem to be slowing down at all in the future. All world defensive end Aldon Smith had an amazing year, blowing up offensive lines with ease and sacking quarterbacks 19.5 times. Novarro Bowman finished the year with 149 tackles and was a force to reckon with, and Patrick Willis was a flat out superstar at middle linebacker.

Can the 49ers pull off that elusive Super Bowl Victory next year? It has been since 1994 when the
49ers won Superbowl XXIX. The betting odds for the 49ers to win the Superbowl next year are between 7/1, 8/1 and even 15/2 with similar odds for the Denver Broncos and the early favorites for next year are the New England Patriots at 6/1. These odds seem enticing especially with the way the 49ers played at the end of the year. With a full offseason for the offense work together the future is bright for this team in the NFC West.

While you’re waiting for the next exciting season to start you can still find some betting fun to kill time. As with online bookmakers, mobile casinos are all over the web now and they have grasped the opportunity to cater for sports fans by developing sports-themed slots games. Make sure to check out http://www.gamingclub.com/mobile-casino/. There is an online casino as well as a mobile casino version. You can also try your luck at some exciting games like such as Thunderstruck slots, Tomb Raider Slots. Nowadays with football themed games like Pig Skin Payout, the wait for your football fix until the beginning of next season seems shorter because of the fun. If slots aren’t your thing they have online blackjack, and online poker. They have exciting and unsurpassed promotions and more ways to win. You have to check out this online casino site. Your chances of hitting that blackjack is much better than the 49ers had of covering that -3.5 against the Ravens in the Super Bowl, just saying!!

The Best of the 49ers

The 49ers won an astronomical five Super Bowls between 1981 and 1994 while under the ownership of the DeBartolo/York families. Currently, the 49ers are tied with the Dallas Cowboys for the second most Super Bowl wins. The 49er’s success would not have been possible without top players such as Jerry Rice, Joe Montana and Ronnie Lott. These players spent countless hours training in order to become among the greatest players in NFL history. In order to join these greats on the field you might want to log on to party casino and start practicing.

Joe Montana started off his football career playing for Notre Dame where he earned a degree in business administration and marketing. Montana began playing for the San Francisco 49ers in 1979 and played for them until 1992. During Montana’s tenure with the 49ers he was a 7x Pro Bowl Selection, a 6x All-Pro Selection, 3x Super Bowl MVP, and a 2x AP NFL MVP.

Jerry Rice was chosen by NFL Network’s NFL Film’s production The Top 100: NFL’s Greatest Players as the greatest player in NFL history. He is considered by many to be among the greatest wide receivers of all time. He is the all-time leader in the NFL for receptions, touchdown receptions, and yards. Rice began playing for the San Francisco 49ers in 1985 and played for them until 2000. During that time he won three Super Bowl rings.

Ronnie Lott graduated from the University of Southern California in 1981 with a degree in public administration. Lott was a unanimous All-American and team captain in 1980. He was inducted to the College Football Hall of Fame in 2002. Lott was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in 1981 as a first round pick. In his first season he recorded seven interceptions and became only the second rookie in NFL history to return three interceptions for touchdowns. The 49ers also won the Super Bowl that year. Lott is rated as the #11 NFL player of all time by NFL.com.
The San Francisco 49ers was founded in 1946. Since then, the 49ers have had some of the greatest and brightest starts in the NFL to grace their team.

8-1

Alex Smith has 8 touchdowns and 1 interception thus far on the season. For those who said he is a bust; it looks like he is proving them all wrong. He is no Aaron Rodgers, but the wins are racking up.

13-3

The 49ers were 13-3 last year and will go 13-3 this year. With a returning group and some additions, they are still among the elite.

News Flash: Smith Is A Bust

The 49ers keep refusing to believe that Alex Smith is a bust. Luckily they still have a loyal fan base who buys 49ers tickets. Smith has gotten chance after chance after chance to prove his worth. Unlike someone like Akili Smith, Alex Smith is still good enough to be in the league. However, even though he has gotten so much money from San Fransisco, it is time to give up. He is not going to amount to a quality starting quarterback. Maybe one day the 49ers will find one.

A Return to Glory?

Many NFL observers are declaring this year’s 49ers team to be one of the best in recent memory. Analysts have said they underachieved last year with their 8-8 record. Their defense is poised to be one of the best in the league, headlined by perennial Pro Bowl linebacker Patrick Willis. He is an absolute hoss on that defense, which also includes star corner Nate Clements and linebacker Takeo Spikes. Their defense allowed the fourth lowest points in the league last year.

Their offense, on the other hand, is what holds them back. Yes, they have a keeper at tight end in Vernon Davis and a potential Pro Bowl receiver in Michael Crabtree. Yes, they have the man-beast Frank Gore anchoring their running game. But beyond that, what is there? Gore has had a history with injuries and his backup is Glen Coffee. Meh. The Niners have acquired Ted Ginn Jr. from the Dolphins, but he is a special teams guy and not much else. Then there is always the Alex Smith conundrum at quarterback. The guy has shown little to no improvement in his playing career. The Niners have insisted he is their frachise QB, but he’s not showing he wants that title.

The one thing I feel really good about regarding this team is head coach Mike Singletary. He is one of the best coaches in football. He will straighten out any player that makes a mistake or doesn’t execute.

Overall, I see the 49ers finishing 9-7 this year, one win better than last year. One ESPN personality said they could go 11-5, but that’s just absurd given their quarterback situation especially.

49ers beef up offensive line in first round of draft

If there were any doubts about the type of offense Mike Singletary and the 49ers will run this season, they were swept away – no, stomped away – Thursday evening.

Fearing the offensive tackle they coveted and badly needed would be stolen in front of them, the 49ers traded up two places to snag Anthony Davis, a 323-pound junior tackle from Rutgers. Six picks later, they added even more beef to their offensive line with 331-pound Idaho guard Mike Iupati.

That’s 654 pounds of power-blocking offensive linemen added in less than an hour. Davis will line up at right tackle and Iupati at left guard, the position he played with the Vandals. Singletary cautioned that both players might not start in Week 1 – Davis is one of the youngest players in the draft at age 20 – but he made it clear he expected both to start at some point this season.

Singletary Throws Caution To The Wind

After Joe Staley hurt his knee last month, the 49ers offensive lineman circled Dec. 14 on his calendar. That’s the date the Arizona Cardinals visit Candlestick Park for a “Monday Night Football” game.

Staley remains on schedule to be back.

And the game remains a doozy.

“Oh, heck, yeah,” Staley said Monday. “It’s going to be an awesome game.”

he 49ers (5-6) took a step toward keeping the Arizona showdown relevant by beating Jacksonville 20-3 on Sunday.

In the least, it bought them another week to dream.

If the 49ers win in Seattle (4-7) and the Cardinals lose to Minnesota (10-1) on Sunday, the 49ers would trail by only one in the NFC West race heading into that Monday nighter.

Wishful thinking? Maybe. But for the 49ers, it sure beats getting ready for the draft.

“It’s all in front of us,” coach Mike Singletary said. “Everything we want is in front of us.”
