Returns Policy

Is the item you received not what you expected? Did you get the item as a gift and want to return it. Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want.

You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of your receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. Your return is subject to a restocking fee.

The restocking fee is the sum of these two amounts

  • 10% of the cost of the items being returned
  • The full shipping and handling cost

All returns must be packaged back in its original package and packaging materials. Failure to do so may result in a larger restocking fee or a rejected claim. We will not accept returns on items that have been broken, washed, used, worn, assembled, modified, written on, or damaged in any way. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back; this will be clearly marked on the product's sale page. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs or a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Product Damaged in Transit

Please call us within 72 hours of receipt of package if your merchandise has been damaged in transit of shipment or is defective.

If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.

For damaged items we may issue a call tag to have your package picked up. The customer should HOLD the package for the carrier service to pick up the package for inspection. It is the customers responsibility to see that the package is available for pickup by carrier, or to drop off the package within 7 business days of receipt to be eligible for refund.

The customer must save all original packaging including packing materials to reseal the package for return. Damage claims will not be processed if the item is not in its original packaging.

If the transit carrier determines the item was damaged during transit we will issue a complete refund of the purchase price of the item and shipping charges back to the credit card used to make the purchase or provide a substitute product of equal value to the customer. Damaged in transit returns will not be assessed with restocking fees.

No Returns on these products
We will not accept returns on Earrings, Undergarments, or Athletic Protective Gear including but not restricted to Mouthgear, Groin Protection, Girdles, and other Sports Undergarments regardless of whether they have been worn or used.

Clearance Items Return Information
If the item you have purchased is a returned product, please be advised that this does mean it might have some signs of wear. That product will be marked as clearance or closeout. The wear is typically the result of the product being previously shipped. Due to this, the item cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and feel there has been a major error or have some other serious issue, please give us a call.

To file for a refund, follow these easy directions

  • When returning an item to you MUST notify us FIRST within 30 Days of Receipt.
  • Before sending us your return, please wait for one of our representatives to respond to your request.
  • We will send you a return authorization number, and directions on where to send the item and how to complete the return.
  • Please Note: All returns without a Return Authorization Number written on the package will be refused. No Exceptions.
